Are prizes and awards listed in my commission account are eligible for a cash-out?

The amounts shown at the bottom of the Commission page in your account may include Prizes and bonuses from various contests, activity rewards and events, as well as Affiliate Commissions you may have earned from purchases made by your personal direct referrals.

Prizes from Contest Awards that appear on this page can only be used for onsite purchases, such as for Mailing or Ad Credits and Account Upgrades, and not eligible to a payout to your Wise account. 

The only exception to this rule is for contest winnings in the Legacy Gold game hosted on LegacyHits.com, Tez Quest game hosted on Tezzers.com, and the VIP Club hosted on LieftimeTE.com. What makes these games different is that they are co-sponsored by several other owners of traffic exchanges with the intention that the winnings are actual cash rewards.
